We Are Hiring - Scrum Master, 100% Purely Home-Based

We are looking for a talented Scrum Master to join our amazing team!

If you have experience in coordinating and managing software and product features, are skilled in facilitating Scrum practices, and are passionate about Agile principles, then this job is for YOU!

As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for:

• Managing and coordinating user story creation and definition
• Managing product development processes (stand-ups, sprint planning, etc.)
• Defining test cases
• Coordinating and documenting input from various stakeholders in feature prioritization and definition
• Managing the creation, cataloging, and grooming of user stories
• Coordinating the allocation of development tasks to developers
• Managing the status of stories in the Scrum board

As a Scrum Master, you need to have:

• Proven experience in Scrum facilitation, leading ceremonies effectively and inclusively
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
• Demonstrated ability to coach teams on Agile principles and practices
• Proficiency in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Notion, Wrike)
• Experience with collaboration tools such as Slack, Teams, and Zoom
• Adept in Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices
• Excellent Verbal and Written English Communication Skills

It's not required but it would be great if you have:

• Basic understanding of technical aspects of software development
• Experience in tracking and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) for team progress
• Strong understanding of version control using Git
• Familiarity with source code management platforms (e.g., GitHub, Azure Repos)

Working Hours:

6 AM - 3 PM Philippine Time
