Your missions

A well established national Title Insurance firm is looking for an experienced (min 2yrs) Commercial Title Reader w/ National experience. Positions available in NYC and near Rosedale, Long Island with remote/hybrid options available.

1. Read/Examine title search to set forth objections and exceptions. Verify vesting and encumbrances to title. 2. Review abstract of title, tax and survey information and other applicable documents in their entirety for accuracy and completeness to ensure final product meets defined company/industry standards. 3. Work with local attorneys to assist in title related questions.
