We are a people-centric company and are looking for an exceptional individual with an HR generalist background to partner within our People Team.
This role will drive HR programs and initiatives and make a real difference.
You will report directly to our Chief People Officer.
MISSION:Create a scalable and efficient People Experience across our offices, enhancing PlayPlayers' experience from onboarding to offboarding.Be the HR point of contact for our managers, supporting, mentoring, and coaching them on all their HR topics.Ensure the implementation and drive our processes and needs: Quarterly/Annual Reviews, Career Path, Performance Calibration, Compensation Cycle, Training, etc.As a culture champion, drive and accelerate a culture of inclusion and excellence where people feel engaged, motivated, and inspired.REQUIREMENTS:Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in developing the people function within a high-growth environment.In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.Experience in supporting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives.Proven track record in leading HR projects related to compensation, people employee relations, employee engagement, retention strategies, etc.Data-driven orientation and excellent communication skills.Scale-up experience and international environment are a plus.Fluent in French and English.ABOUT YOUYou are a natural bridge-builder and team player.You are solution-oriented.You enjoy working in fast-paced and international environments.Empathy, listening, and the ability to build trust relationships.Passionate and thoughtful about your work
