Niyam is seeking a motivated Lead Planner to join our team. We offer competitive compensation and benefits. Position is remote, but will require occasional travel for public meetings. This is in support of a proposed project for Small Business Administration.
Role and Responsibilities
This role involves leading and performing advanced analysis to validate, change, modify, improve, and implement plans and procedures. The expert will facilitate organizational dissemination of findings and recommendations using appropriate techniques and conduct group briefings and discussions to support the development of plans and decision-making.
- Perform high-level analysis to assess and refine organizational plans and procedures.
- Create and execute strategies to validate and improve plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Facilitate the sharing of analysis findings and recommendations with relevant stakeholders and teams.
- Lead and manage group briefings and discussions, providing guidance to support plan development and decision-making.
- Collaborate with project teams and leadership to drive the implementation of improvements and solutions.
- Lead and perform comprehensive analysis to evaluate and enhance existing plans and procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies to validate, modify, or improve organizational plans.
- Facilitate the dissemination of findings and recommendations across the organization using effective communication techniques.
- Conduct and lead group briefings and discussions to support the development of strategic plans and decision-making processes.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- US Citizenship and ability to obtain SBA clearance
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration or related field and at least five (5) years of experience in consulting. Non-technical majors may be accepted with relevant experience.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong ability to interpret and act on complex data.
- Expertise in facilitating organizational communication and group discussions.
- Excellent skills in developing and implementing strategies and plans.
- Strong leadership and presentation abilities.
- Competency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Preferred Skills
- Active Public Trust Clearance
- Prior experience working with federal contracts
- Data Warehouse and User Experience background
- Technical skills and/or experience
- Experience with Agile methodology and Jira software
