Your missions

Our esteemed client, an international holding in the iGaming industry, is on the lookout for a seasoned Head of HR to join their team and embark on a journey to new heights!


Requirements:


  • Minimum of 2 years in Head of HR/HRBP/HRD Role in IT Companies with a remote/hybrid work format;
  • Great analytical and strategic skills - deep involvement in job market trends and devising personnel strategies for both short and long terms;
  • Outstanding leadership qualities - inspiring and guiding the HR department team to achieve their best;
  • Excellent conflict resolution skills - ability to build trust, provide support, and adeptly resolve complex situations;
  • Previous experience of policies implementation - knowing exactly when to swiftly implement policies or take a step-by-step approach;
  • Flexibility, adaptation to new trends and process improvement skills
  • Excellent decision-making and risk management skills;
  • Successful case history: Demonstrated success through projects and achievements in previous roles;
  • Language skills - English B2+. Ua/Ru - native/fluent.


Responsibilities:


  • Focus on Employee development and Performance management: Designing a performance evaluation system, organising employee training and development programs;
  • Development of HR Brand and corporate culture: Working on both internal and external HR brand of the company, engaging with existing and potential employees to cultivate an appealing workplace for high-level professionals;
  • Internal Policies development and implementation;
  • Responsible for HR department budget: Budgeting for HR department expenses;
  • Conflict Management and Dispute Resolution: Expertly managing conflicts and resolving disputes;
  • Engaging in shaping the organizational structure and introducing new methodologies, close collaboration with the Recruitment team in predicting and planning the future personnel needs based on the company's strategic objectives.
