About the Opportunity:

We are searching for an experienced Technical Account Manager to deliver a best-in-class service and support for our clients. This role will play a pivotal role partnering with our clients to integrate, support and deliver expected value that drive business growth for all entities.

The Technical Account Manager will be working closely with our clients as well as product, sales, marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth integration of workflows, provide support for the customer throughout the lifecycle while distilling and disseminating feedback that informs product evolution.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure effective transition from sales to services for Seekr Flow clients
  • Onboard customers with Seekr Solutions including onboarding, setup, overall configuration to deliver expected value
  • Partner with the client throughout the customer journey building strong relationships by understanding customer needs and ensure value realization
  • Engage in strategic discussions with clients and identify additional opportunities and applications for the customer to leverage Seekr Solutions to solve business challenges
  • Partner with Product to translate customer feedback designed to improve Seekr products and solutions
  • Become an SME with a deep understanding of Seekr solutions
  • Monitor changes in the industry and leverage them for business opportunities

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to drive strong customer relationships that include technical solutions
  • 5+ years of relevant technical account management, software solutions, account management, or customer success experience – ideally with SaaS, AI and technical solutions
  • Understanding of and experience building and fine tuning LLMs
  • Ability to speak and gain trust of both technical and business personnel
  • Experience with Command Line Interface (CLI), Python, REST, JSON and data structures
  • Strength in problem solving, issue resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
  • Self-driven and has the desire to exceed expectations
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work effectively across multiple business and technical teams. 
  • Enthusiastic about innovative technology solutions and capable of presenting them effectively to customers.
