The Position 

Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey with OPSWAT? We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Regional Sales Director of ANZ regional sales team and make a substantial impact on our revenue goals as a late-stage pre-IPO global cybersecurity company.
You will be managing a team of 3 with distinguished customers, partners and strategic alliances. 

As part of our ANZ regional sales team, you will report to the Vice President of Sales, APJ and have the opportunity to work independently, creating and driving ANZ regional expansion in new customer acquisition, customer satisfaction and expansion and developing the channel partner ecosystem for enterprise and industrial cybersecurity growth. As the leader of the ANZ business you will hold revenue responsibility for the region, including a personal sales target as well as being responsible for the team revenue goals across renewal, expansion and net new business revenues.

What You Will Be Doing 

  • Strategically target business opportunities, drive and energy to study target accounts and present a well-articulated value proposition to forge ANZ regional.
  • Lead the ANZ business, building strategies for growth and meeting plan objectives.
  • Manage the ANZ GTM teams for Sales, Solution Engineering and Channel success.
  • Report weekly, monthly and quarterly to the VP APJ.
  • Build strategic plans for ANZ growth in alignment with the APJ objectives and company direction and expansion mission.
  • Communicate value propositions to clients that speak intimately to their needs and requirements.
  • Utilize client-centric, solutions-oriented and value based selling strategies and hunter’s mentality to identify, qualify, convert enterprise sales.
  • Build and maintain accounts of high-quality client relationships and partnerships.
  • Effectively articulate financial ROI/TCO value and build value throughout the negotiation process.
  • Maintain extensive account and opportunity detail in Salesforce CRM, including account win plans, customer touch points, sales inhibitors, etc.
  • Forecast and report revenue projections accurately and timely to management.
  • Overachieve on annual quota, measured quarterly.

What We Need from You

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
  • You have 5-10 years of experience successfully selling technology products and Cybersecurity solutions to enterprise accounts in ANZ.
  • Strong strategic and proactive accounting activity.
  • Experience with customers distinguished , partners and strategic alliances. 
  • Capability and drive to generate leads organically through research and outreach.
  • You possess an understanding of security threats, solutions, and security tools.
  • You have a successful track record selling complex solutions directly to enterprise accounts and cross-business accounts in ANZ through Channel/SI Partners.
  • Ability to set goals, prioritize tasks, and achieve success with minimal oversight in a sometimes-ambiguous work environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-changing environment and able to work under pressure.
  • You have excellent time management skills, and work with high levels of autonomy and self-direction.
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
  • You’re highly competitive, ramp quickly, are extremely adaptive, and pride yourself on exceeding sales goals.
  • You have strong sense of urgency and personal accountability In depth knowledge of sales tools (i.e. salesforce.com).
  • You are highly ethical and professional personal conduct.
  • Previous success in reaching/exceeding sales goals with focus on new logos.
  • Very organized leader with ability to posit value propositions to win business.
  • You are able to travel as necessary to your assigned accounts, or as required by the company.
