What You'll Do:
  • CV Screening: Review resumes and identify top candidates to move forward in the recruitment process.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Build Relationships: Assist in partnering with hiring managers to understand their needs and support recruitment efforts.
  • Innovative Sourcing: Use job boards and social media to source potential candidates.
  • Candidate Experience: Maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive and transparent recruitment journey.
  • Support Recruitment Activities: Assist in scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and managing recruitment databases.
  • Policy Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to relevant policies and procedures.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the HR team to achieve shared goals.
  • Efficient Delivery: Assist in meeting recruitment targets quickly and effectively.
