The Integration Manager will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient transition from the sales phase to the integration phase for new clients. This role involves managing the initial technical welcome activities, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the client's integration process meets the highest standards. The Integration Manager will act as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding phase, providing technical support and guidance
Responsibilities:Preparing and delivering comprehensive welcome packages including for clients handed over from Sales departmentScheduling and leading welcome meetings with clients and key stakeholders to ensure smooth integration processProvide ongoing personalized support during the Integration processLead pre-launch activities including regular client calls, final review meetings to address ongoing challenges and confirming launch datesAct as a project manager to align on plans, timelines, identify risks & issues as well as ensure transparent reporting on progressProvide training and resources to client teams to accelerate integration as well as minimize post-integration issuesConduct post-launch reviews (including UX/UI review) to evaluate integration success and address any post-launch issuesRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldProven experience in project management, preferably in a technical or integration roleStrong understanding of API integrations, software development processes, and technical documentationExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teamsOutstanding presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiencesStrong negotiation & conflict resolution skills to manage client expectations and resolve conflictsExperience in UX/UI design, particularly with payment panelsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlinesProblem-solving skills and the ability to address technical issues efficientlyExperience with client onboarding processes is requiredCustomer-focused with a dedication to providing exceptional serviceProactive and able to work independently as well as part of a teamAbility to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environmentExperience in crypto industry is a plusWhy should you choose CoinsPaid?
