Your missions

The End-to-End Data Services Partner to Global Brands and Enterprises

We lead our clients through their data journey, from strategy through development to operations and adoption, helping them to realize the full value of their data.

Tasks
  • Acting as a technical lead on data visualization projects.
  • Designing and implementing complex solutions leveraging Microsoft Power BI.
  • Educating and leading on the projects regular and junior resources.
  • Remaining update-to-date on product improvements/releases and work closely with internal teams to stay current on product developments.
  • Participating in the entire solution implementation process – from taking pre-sales activities, analysis, collecting customer requirements to design and development of reports and dashboards.

  • Requirements:
  • Minimum 8-10 years in IT industry.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in creating reports and dashboards in the PowerBI tool.
  • Very Good knowledge of SQL, DAX, Power Query M language.
  • Knowledge about SSAS, Azure Analysis Services and Power BI Premium Gen 2.
  • Knowledge about data modelling, reports performance tuning, business requirements gathering and translation them to solution.
  • Hands on experiences with different connectivity modes (import, direct, live).
  • Experiences with PBI workspaces maintenance and administration (Gateways, security, etc.).
  • Experiences with direct query mode performance optimization on database, PBI and DAX side.
  • Experience with CI/CD and version controlling.
  • Excellent technical knowledge, problem-solving and critical thinking.
  • Ability to translate technical solution advantages into business value for the customers.
  • English language proficiency is a must, both verbal and written.
  • Experiences in delivering e2e solution starting from requirements gathering, understanding business needs, design, develop, testing and maintenance.
  • Experiences in role of Tech Lead on projects (aligning e2e architecture with solution architects, building report creation and delivery strategy, work items split and control delivery quality and progress status).
  • Strong leadership skills.

  • Nice to have:
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Azure platform (Data Factory, Data Lake, Analysis Services, Tabular Models) or other cloud solution (Snowflake, GCP, AWS).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate).
  • Knowledge of other BI tools (Looker, Tableau).
  • Knowledge of databases (MS SQL, Oracle or similar).
  • Experiences in leading a team of BI Developers or similar.

  • Experience:
  • Working for international customers and teams.
  • Working in agile or agile/waterfall projects.
  • Working with stakeholders on different seniority and maturity levels.
  • Creating E2E BI solutions using big data sets.
  • Acting as Technical Leader in BI projects.
