  • Configure permissions, roles, groups, sharing rules, and queues that adhere to the security architecture and Salesforce best practices
  • Be an active member of an agile team, participating in agile ceremonies, standups, updating Jira, and continuously improving
  • Troubleshoot issues in production and non-production environments
  • Perform sanity testing to ensure the implementation works as expected/meets requirements before passing to QA team

  • Considerable knowledge of and experience utilizing Salesforce to design and implement scalable solutions to meet customer needs
  • Proficiency with Salesforce features, capabilities, and best practices, including Salesforce Flow, with ability to make suggestions around best practices in implementation
  • Ability to analyze and gather requirements and documenting outcomes to include process flow design
  • Demonstrated analytical abilities

  • Ability to work in a startup environment that can be fast-paced, high volume, and deadline-driven
  • Ability to work independently to ask questions and find answers to ensure work is completed while also able to work well in a team

  • Foundational understanding of the policy lifecycle: quoting, underwriting, policy administration and renewals
