Job Description:

DTN has an exciting opportunity to join our team as a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager, Revenue Operations. Responsibilities

Process Optimization:

  • Analyze and improve existing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the revenue operations function.
  • Implement best practices for pipeline management, forecasting, and data analysis.
  • Ensure seamless integration and alignment between sales, marketing, and customer success teams.

Data Management and Analysis:

  • Oversee the management and maintenance of CRM systems and other data sources to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and report on revenue operations performance.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive decision-making.
  • Evaluate and identify anomalies in historic and forecast data trends. Summarize and communicate findings proactively to finance and GTM Sales leadership
  • Develop analytical KPIs and reports to present Sales Rep productivity and efficiency measures.

Project Management:

  • Lead and manage cross-functional projects and initiatives to support revenue growth and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of projects by coordinating with relevant stakeholders and teams.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and roadblocks to project success.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Partner with the GTM leadership to support decision making and provide insights
  • Partner with department leaders to help define and deliver critical data and analysis needs that will drive growth and scale across the business units
  • Participate in strategy meetings with GTM leadership to understand the company’s strategy
  • Communicate complex financial modelling, forecasting and analytics to the business in clear, concise and digestible way
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A and the finance organization to ensure consistent reporting standards and processes.

Qualifications

​Experience:

  • 10+ years of related experience in revenue operations, sales operations or similar function
  • Preferred Sales Pipeline and Forecasting process experience.
  • Proven effective project management capability in a highly matrixed, customer-centric organization.
  • Experience with CRM systems (eg. SalesForce) and data analysis tools.

Skills:

  • Technology savvy and use of intelligent tools to analyze financial and operational information with PowerBI preferred.
  • Strong business acumen with demonstrated ability to solve problems and provide practical business insights from complex datasets.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal, including the ability to synthesize the work of others).
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Very accurate, precise, and organized, with attention to detail
  • Passionate about in-depth understanding, automation, and efficiency
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

The targeted hiring base pay range for this position is between $93,750 and $125,000 annually. DTN is a pay for performance organization, which means there is the opportunity to advance your compensation with performance over time. The actual base pay offered for this position will be dependent upon many factors, including but not limited to: prior work experiences, training/education, transferable skills, business needs, internal equity and applicable laws. The targeted hiring base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for market competitive variable pay and benefits.
