About the team:
FIS’ Lending business provides mission-critical software and services to institutions engaged in risk and lending. Within the Capital Markets Division, our team members located across the globe, focus on supporting industry participants in tier 1-4 banks, the auto industry and credit institutions. The role reports to the Division Executive and will be a key member of the Management Team.
Next to selling Licensed software, the business has an extensive BPaaS and managed services suite, including cloud hosting and IT services, application management for FIS and non-FIS software and business process outsourcing for key processes supported by FIS technology, as well as subscription models.
Lending seeks to hire a PMO to help track the various LOB programs and track M&A integration over the next couple of years.
What you will be doing:
· Plan, track and report on all aspect of the M&A execution/integration projects as well as organizing and tracking of LOB and intersecting functional OKRs across the Lending LOB
· Help embed the recently adopted project management tooling and practices in the LOB, bringing best practices and governance standards to the LOB
· Establishes and maintains project management standards, methodologies, processes, and tools across the organization
· Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables
· Ensure projects are delivered on time within scope
What you bring:
· Solid understanding of M&A concepts, processes, and actors (Due diligence, execution, integration) and M&A planning
· Solid understanding of Solution Management principles (Build, Buy, Partner, capital planning, solution lifecycle, etc)
· Solid financial acumen (P&L concepts, Sales (forecasting, revenue structuring types, etc))
· Solid grasp of delivery concepts in professional services (professional service revenue types, project types, resource planning and allocation, project governance principles)
· Good stakeholder management and people skills (listening, summarizing, root cause analysis.
· Good project management skills and best practices as per our industry.
Experience:
· Experience working with outside partners (System integrators, 3rd party development shops,
· Experience working in a SAFe environment, knowledge of Agile & Scrum principles
· Asana, Monday MS projects or other online workflow & program management tools
Added bonus if you have:
· Knowledge of automation tools
· Speaking a couple of languages
· Data manipulation skills and tooling
