Senior Sales Compensation Analyst

Job Role & Responsibility

Ensure individual plans are set up correctly in Xactly and goal sheets are generated timely for full acceptance
Ensure individual quota attainment and commission payout are calculated correctly, and payroll is submitted for timely payout
Reviewing data feeds to ensure thoroughness, accuracy and quality when loaded to Xactly.
Manage payment issues/escalations, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive resolution and identify opportunities for preventative measures
Provide support as subject matter expert in Sales Compensation Review meetings
Support FP&A Team on commission accrual submission and variance inquiries
Review and analyze monthly performance and operational metrics, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
Ensure compliance with sales compensation policies and SOX requirements and maintain supporting documents
Partner with cross-functional teams regularly to build constructive relationship and drive continuous cross-functional process improvement
Participate in User Acceptance Test for system plan implementation and updates
Provide support for any ad hoc business requirements

Required Skills

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or related area.
5+ years of sales compensation experience
Experience with Xactly.
High attention to detail and accuracy
Enthusiastic with a passion for change and efficiency
Problem solving skills
Results-oriented, relationship builder, and confident self-starter
Analytical and reporting skills
Proactive in identifying and managing risks with balanced solutions
Able to work collaboratively with multiple functions and gain alignment across the organization
Quick to adapt to new technologies and process changes
Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with Excel, Word and Power Point
