Senior Front-end developer

Description

Our client is a leading online, mobile, and POS payment service provider. On their behalf, we are seeking a full-time Senior Front-End Developer with experience in developing and designing complex web-based applications. 

Responsibilities

• Design and develop innovative web front-end applications/components
• Actively communicate and collaborate with system analysts, back-end developers, and QA teams

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in modern web application development using JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Experience with mobile and responsive layouts
• Ability to write standards-compliant code that works across various browsers
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English
• Enthusiastic, hard-working, and motivated team player with excellent communication skills

Considered an Advantage

• Web performance/optimization skills
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript frameworks (jQuery, React with Redux), single-page applications (SPA)
• Knowledge of Ruby and RoR server-side development is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in the payment industry will be a plus
