Responsibilities:

Shopify Development:

• Customize and develop Shopify themes and templates to align with our brand identity.
• Implement new features and functionalities to enhance the customer experience on our Shopify store.
• Ensure the website is optimized for performance, speed, and scalability.

Technical Support:

• Provide ongoing maintenance and support for the Shopify platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise.

Integration:

• Integrate third-party applications and APIs to enhance store functionality.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement and optimize Shopify apps and plugins.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the design and content teams to translate visual and functional requirements into responsive, high-quality code.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and ideas for improvement.

Testing and Quality Assurance:

• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the website is functioning correctly across all devices and browsers.
• Implement best practices for coding, performance, and security.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
  • 2-4 years of experience in Shopify development.
  • Proven track record of working on Shopify projects with a portfolio of successful implementations.
• Skills:
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid.
  • Experience with Shopifys API and working with third-party integrations.
  • Understanding of SEO best practices and web performance optimization.
  • Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Preferred:
  • Experience with other e-commerce platforms is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
