Sol. Architect - Managing Solution Architect

Client is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Architect for a remote role with 50% utilization. This position involves designing and managing ServiceNow solutions with a focus on IT Asset Management (ITAM), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), and Software Asset Management (SAM).

Responsibilities:

• Architect and design ServiceNow solutions for ITAM, HAM, and SAM.
• Lead technical teams, ensuring best practices in coding, configuration, and customization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide guidance on module integration, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Establish and maintain a ServiceNow architectural roadmap.
• Conduct system analysis and ensure infrastructure integrity.
• Mentor team members and drive innovation by staying updated with ServiceNow features.

Requirements:

• Certified ServiceNow Technical Architect with at least 5 years of experience.
• Proven experience with ITAM, HAM, and SAM modules.
• Strong background in ITSM and ITIL frameworks.
• Experience leading technical teams and managing complex implementations.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and relevant scripting languages.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Preferred:

• ServiceNow certifications in ITSM, ITAM – Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management.
• ITIL v3 certification.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and presentation skills.
