Then come and join our global team as Teamlead (f/m/d) for the department Application & Technical Support Radiology / Mammography into RSC (Remote Services Center) EMEA.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You will take over the incident management support process in the Remote Services Center EMEA of the Business Area XP, Application & Technical Support Radiology / Mammography department
  • You will generate the organizational, procedural and personnel requirements for the smooth running of customer / CSE (Customer Service Engineer) support and ensure the necessary skills of the employees through appropriate training units
  • You will be responsible for the disciplinary and technical management of team members for the Application & Technical Support Radiology / Mammography department
  • As the interface to the countries, you will also work together with the Service Account Managers
  • The follow-up of escalation cases to the headquarters support center and the business lines is also part of your tasks
  • You will also monitor the solutions in the RSC ticket system and ensure "Good Documentation Practice"

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You have a bachelor's degree in engineering, medical technology or similar
  • You have many years of professional experience with XP systems; applicative knowledge is an advantage
  • We also welcome applicants who have completed vocational training and further training in conjunction with additional professional experience in this field
  • You have a good knowledge of clinical processes
  • You have already gained initial experience in personnel management and see it as a challenge to lead an international team
  • You have sound knowledge of analyzing existing work priorities (e.g. for new product launches) in order to define measures to continuously improve service quality

Your attributes and skills:

  • You are fluent in English; further knowledge of German is an advantage
  • You have very good communication skills and have already worked in an intercultural environment
  • Personally, you also impress with your high-quality standards, customer orientation and ability to grasp things quickly
  • You work on many things at the same time, therefore you have no problem in prioritizing your topics and keeping an overview
