Our diagnostics business is going from strength to strength and to support our growth, we are looking for the best Regional Sales Manager to join us in the North of the UK. The Regional Sales Manager will lead a team of 2 Key Account Managers (KAM) and 2 Commercial Solutions Specialists (CSS) to achieve revenue, profitability and growth targets within the UK Diagnostics business.
What You Can Expect:
- As a Regional Sales Manager you will coach, develop and engage the team and motivate them to achieve relevant targets.
- Drive sales success by establishing sales territories, setting quotas, and Goals & Objectives.
- Work with the UK Country Business Manager to develop UK business plans and strategies.
- Execute against strategic UK business plans to assure sustainable and profitable business results.
- Prepare weekly/monthly/Quarterly sales reports as directed by Country Manager.
- Sales forecasting and demand planning for Capital equipment and Consumable devices.
- Assure your sales team solves the business need of the customer not just the sales of the product.
- Collaborate with other team members and other Hologic resources to achieve desired customer outcomes.
- Be a standing member of the UK Diagnostics leadership team.
- Provide excellence in customer relationship management, customer service and support.

- Proven track record of achieving above and beyond sales targets consistently.
- Able to excel within a results-oriented environment where revenue growth and profitability are emphasized.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, ideally has worked both in large and small companies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience with and understanding of the local healthcare system and reimbursement regulations.
- Capable of driving change management initiative and introducing new strategies and tactics through effective and collegial means.
- Demonstrated success with maintaining existing customer contracts and establishing new business opportunities that measurably increase market share and growth.
