JOB TITLE: Senior Consultant-D365 SCM

A Senior Consultant at Argano is an experienced professional in the consulting family who provide expert advice and analysis in their field of proficiency. They are involved directly with clients and project management responsibilities related to their field of proficiency. They are responsible for delivering quality work independently on mid-size to large client projects. They work as part of a team under the direction of more experienced consultants as part of larger workstreams. They provide expert advice, guidance, and solutions related to technology and information systems. They demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions for clients based upon their experience and best practices to achieve client's business objectives more efficiently and effectively.

Mandate

• Work closely and effectively with our internal clients, providing troubleshooting, analysis and assessing solutions bringing support based on our Tech Platform implementation.
• Provide post implementation support on the Arganos Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM technology platform
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Experience in handling post-implementation or go-live support
• Review inbound cases
• Actively chase and track updates on work from internal customers
• Ensure progression and escalate as required
• Support D365 F&O features including but not limited to: Projects Management and Accounting Project setup, WBS, Timesheets, Approvals, planning and Reporting.
• Provide budget to actual Project-based finance support
• Troubleshoot and resolve client care tickets at the senior consultant level
• Finance: G/L, Financial period closing, AP, AR (Journal entries/reconciliations/transactions postings / Credits / Invoicing workflow), Reporting Expense management.
