Job Purpose Summary

Our AR/ Collections Specialist will be responsible for supporting the collection process in Italy and one of the other European country.

What You Will Do

• Support of Accounts Receivables process in EMEA.
• Collection of overdue invoices through regular customer contact (e-mail and dunning calls) and issue resolution.
• Monitor accounts regarding past due payments and identify the reasons of unpaid invoices and determine root causes.
• Customer query resolution and payment reconciliation.
• Co-operation with 3 rd party provider.
• Preparation and review the Aging report and DSO on monthly basis.
• Preparation of reports to EMEA Management.
• Release orders blocked.

What You Will Need (job Requirements)

• Fluent in English and Italian required (C1).
• Experience in the debt collection process, dunning calls (at least 1 year) preferably for the foreign, non-Polish customers.
• Experience in cooperation with hospitals would be an asset.
• Strong MS office skills, experience of D365 is a benefit.
• Results-oriented, strong problem solving and process improvement skills.
• Organised and ability to multitask and prioritise.
• Flexibility to adapt to a fast-changing working environment.
• Communicative and enthusiastic with team spirit, keen and able to work in an international team.
