In this role, you will:
- Lead the delivery of Centric's D365 solutions to include the analysis of client business process, and provide expert guidance, creative solutions, best approaches and practices.
- Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for technical and functional solutions across the Microsoft platform, driving the adoption of new features and technology
- Work with project sponsors, product owners, business analysts and project managers throughout the planning and implementation.
- Design and development of domain-specific implementations
- Identify business/project risks and mitigate or communicate as necessary
Who You Are:
- 10+ years of proven experience implementing and managing Dynamics 365 (CE) at an enterprise level
- In-depth knowledge of all modules of Dynamics 365 CE
- Strong implementation experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, Power BI, etc)
- Evaluate, design, and implement D365 business solutions and assist clients in deploying their solutions
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effectively facilitate meetings with project team members and sponsors with the ability to translate technical information into easy-to-understand business concepts.
- Must be knowledgeable of best practices for utilizing technology, automation, and various software applications in order to achieve the highest level of productivity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Consulting experience or industry background.
- Clients don't come to us when the problem is easy. You should enjoy taking on the hard stuff.
- Excellent communication skills are important – both written and verbal
