Your missions

Position Summary:

  • This is a hands-on technical position that supports SAP ECC 6.0. The ideal candidate should be an expert within all processes in the SAP Production Planning module.
  • This position is responsible for designing, configurating, developing, testing, implementing, and training for all processes within the PP module based on industry best practices.
  • The Senior Analyst position will be required to lead workshops with business partners to gather requirements to propose process designs and improvements.
  • This position must understand all points of integration with relevant modules (MM, QM, FICO, WM, SD).
  • When standard SAP configuration does not meet the business requirements, the Senior Analyst will be responsible for functional specification creation, building, testing, implementation, and production support throughout the development lifecycle.

PP business flows related to

  • Master Data management
    • Materials
    • BOM’s
    • Routings
    • Work Centers
  • MRP
  • Forecasting
  • S&OP
  • Demand Management
  • Long-Term Planning
  • Discrete Production Orders
  • Kanban
  • Knowledge of SAP Variant Configuration is not required, but a plus.
Essential Responsibilities:
  • Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements.
  • Design, customize, configure and testing of new business process improvements.
  • Identify gaps and issues for current business processes. 
  • Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.
  • Provide expert analysis on both new implementations and existing projects.
  • Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required.
  • Support project data validation to support implementations through Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) process.
  • Design custom reports based on business requirements.
Position Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent work experience.
    • Business and / or Information Technology degree preferred.
  • SAP Certification (Not required, but preferred)

 

Experience:

  • 10+ years of professional SAP experience within PP Module.
  • Multiple Full Cycle implementations in either a consulting or business role.
  • S/4 HANA experience preferable

 

Skills/Knowledge:

  • Solid knowledge of SAP PP best practices and their integrations.
  • In-depth knowledge of latest relevant SAP modules
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Above average analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Superb organizational and time management.
  • Ability to manage projects and provide leadership.
