The Vice President of Product Data & Analytics will lead the strategic direction and execution of Vatica’s Data Product and Enterprise Analytics initiatives. This includes defining and prioritizing the data/analytics roadmap, developing AI and data-integrated product strategies, and supporting the Enterprise Data Platform architecture team. This role is pivotal in advancing Vatica’s next-generation data and AI/ML-enabled capabilities and infrastructure, driving significant benefits for both patients and the healthcare industry.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

    • Partner with business stakeholders and the data analytics team to identify and capitalize on opportunities for new revenue streams, efficiency gains, and enhanced customer value through data solutions.

Roadmap Development

    • Lead the development, prioritization, and evolution of the AI and data analytics vision and roadmap, overseeing ongoing AI/ML efforts.

Operational Automation

    • Apply analytics to automate operational processes, leveraging OCR, NLP, and LLMs to enhance efficiency and maintain high accuracy in Vatica’s clinical workflow.

Enterprise Data Platform Support

    • Support the enterprise data platform architecture team in collecting requirements, addressing issues, and providing solutions.

KPI Monitoring

    • Define and monitor key performance indicators for each analytics product and the broader product portfolio, ensuring client impact and efficiency gains.

Team Development

    • Identify needs and support the recruitment and development of top-tier data analytics team members to advance the data analytics vision and roadmap.

Model Performance and Cost Management

    • Establish model performance monitoring, evaluate engineer effectiveness, and govern AI-related costs.

Responsible AI Governance

    • Help shape and govern a responsible AI policy and practices.

Requirements

Experience

  • 10+ years in data-oriented product management with a track record of building and launching Data and Analytics Solutions.

Leadership

  • Proven ability to lead and inspire product teams.
  • Professionalism, dedication, and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Technical Skills

  • Familiarity with SaaS enterprise product management and the technology landscape.
  • Experience with AI/ML and related product integration, including OCR, NLP, and LLMs to enhance clinical operations efficiency.
  • Cloud and big data experience, with strong technical and big data acumen.

Strategic Thinking

  • Ability to contribute to go-to-market strategies and translate customer-centric visions into actionable roadmaps

Communication

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in high-level business discussions.

Customer Focus

  • Demonstrated success in customer-centric product development.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Healthcare Data Experience
    • Strong preference for candidates with healthcare data and analytics experience.
  • Technical Exposure
    • Experience with Azure is preferred.
