The Recruitment Consultant is an exciting opportunity for a recruitment professional who wants to work in a fast-paced, high-growth company. We are a global team of almost 40+  Talent Acquisition (TA) professionals spanning across the globe from the United States, Japan, Korea, India, China, Singapore, UAE, Australia, Germany, Greece and the UK. 

The position reports directly to the Regional Talent Acquisition Advisor in Tokyo. This role can be remotely based in Japan. This is a 6-month contract role with the potential to convert to full-time.

• LinkedInの回答率維持（30%）
• 積極的なスクリーニング面接（週10件）
• 電話面談（週20件）
• 通過率（50%）
• 第2・第3四半期の内定承諾数（5件）

Scope of Work:

• Relevant Resumes Sourced & Outreach Per Week – 50+
• Maintaining LinkedIn Response Rate – 30%
• Proactive Introductory Calls Per Week - 10
• Phone Screens Per Week – 20
• Pass Rate – 50%
• Offers accepted in Q2 & Q3 – 5

業務内容

• 人材獲得チームと密接に連携し、求められる役割や機能、組織内での位置づけへの理解を深める。
• ブール検索やLinkedInほか、検索方法を駆使して受動的な候補者を見つけ、引き込み、動かす。
• 履歴書のスクリーニングと候補者との面接で、応募資格を判断する。

 What You’ll Do:

• Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to deeply understand requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the organization 
• Find, engage, and activate passive candidates using Boolean, LinkedIn, and alternative search techniques 
• Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine basic qualifications 

求める人材 

• 日本語が母国語または堪能で、ビジネスレベルの英語力を有すること
• スピード感のある環境でのフルサイクルの採用経験1～3年
• 国内の求人媒体やLinkedIn Recruiterを使用しての受動的な候補者ソーシングの実績
• 受動的な候補者のソーシングとエンゲージメント、応募につなげた経験 
• ATSツールの使用経験（Greenhouse尚可）

 What You Have: 

• Native or highly proficient in Japanese, with business level English
• 1 to 3 years of full life cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment 
• Proven experience sourcing passive candidates using local job boards and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Experience with sourcing, engaging, and activating passive candidates 
• Experience with an ATS (Greenhouse preferred)
