The INFOR LN Integration Developer reports to the VP of Global Applications plus collaborates with developers, HR, and other partners to ensure understanding of our goals and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

The Opportunity ...

As an INFOR LN Data Conversion Consultant, you will be responsible for managing and executing data conversion activities for the implementation of the INFOR LN ERP system. You will work closely with the project team, business stakeholders, and technical resources to ensure successful data migration and conversion from legacy systems to INFOR LN. This role requires a strong understanding of data structures, conversion methodologies, and INFOR LN functionality.

This is a hands-on role that will help shape successful business outcomes of LN ERP system. Strong operational understanding of LN is critical with knowledge of different modules and how they’re connected in a multisite environment.

Essential Duties

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data conversion requirements and objectives.
• Analyze legacy system data structures and develop data mapping and conversion strategies.
• Design and develop data conversion programs, scripts, and tools to extract, transform, and load data into the INFOR LN system.
• Perform data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities to ensure data integrity.
• Conduct data migration tests and troubleshoot any issues or discrepancies.
• Collaborate with technical resources to ensure smooth integration of data conversion activities with other system components.
• Provide guidance and support to end-users during data validation and user acceptance testing.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to data conversion processes, procedures, and standards.
• Stay up-to-date with INFOR LN functionality and best practices related to data conversion.
• Understand key master data, codes, parameters, and settings in the system
• Assist/develop data governance driving data verification and integrity initially and as the system expands with new sources and outputs.
• Provides direction and solutions in the development of client’s BI platform.
• Serves as link between data collection from source systems and output at the BI level. Works with the IT support teams.
  
  
  

Education/Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data conversion, data migration, or data integration projects.
• Strong understanding of INFOR LN ERP system and its data structures.
• Proficiency in SQL and programming languages (e.g., Java, Python) for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Experience with data conversion tools and technologies (e.g., ETL tools, data mapping tools).
• Knowledge of data cleansing and validation techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior project management experience is a plus
  
  
  

Knowledge And Skills

• At least 5 years of work experience with Infor LN (Infor CloudSuite Industrial Enterprise)
• Experienced in Infor LN Tools
• Experienced with accessing information through data access layer
• Experience supporting implementation and familiarity with the data table structure.
• Good functional understanding/experience with following modules: Manufacturing, Logistics, Warehousing, Planning. Familiarity with modules like AP, AR, GL, Cash Management, Project Accounting, and Fixed Assets,. Service would be added advantage.
• Infor ION experience, INFOR Data Lake, INFOR Document Management is a plus
• Infor GRC (Formerly Approva) experience a plus
• Experience with Infor LN Reporting a plus
• Team player able to work across cultures and functions seamlessly
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• The ability to travel both domestically and globally 10-20% of the time
