Your missions

Dlocal is a leading fintech company that enables global merchants to connect with emerging markets through a single integration. As the Head of Product, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our product organization. Reporting to the VP Product, you will work closely with other product vertical heads to define and implement frameworks that ensure seamless collaboration within the product team and across the entire company. Your primary focus will be to lead the development of new revenue streams, driving the company’s growth and market presence. Additionally, you will enhance both the developer and merchant experiences, ensuring our solutions are easy to integrate and provide exceptional value to our clients.

You will:

Collaborate with the VP Product and other product vertical heads to define frameworks and ways of working for the entire product organization.

Lead the development and execution of strategies to create new revenue streams, expanding Dlocal’s offerings and market presence.

Foster a culture of collaboration between the product organization and other departments within the company, as well as with our customers.

Ensure a superior developer experience, making the integration of Dlocal’s products easy and seamless for the developers of our merchant clients.

Enhance the merchant experience by improving the merchant dashboard and overall customer service.

Identify and implement best practices to drive innovation and efficiency within the product team.Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers to achieve their full potential.

Work closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet market demands.

Monitor product performance and user feedback to inform continuous improvements and future product development.

Represent the product organization in executive meetings and contribute to the strategic direction of the company.

You have

8+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of leading successful product

Excellent verbal and written English skills; Spanish is a plus.A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Deep understanding of the fintech industry and the unique challenges and opportunities it presents.

Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and execute methodically.

A customer-centric mindset with a passion for creating products that deliver exceptional value and user experiences.

Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably in a high-growth company.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
