Department Overview
Callyo, a Motorola Solutions company, delivers state of the art, mission-critical software for public safety customers. Each of our products are powered by APIs that run in modern cloud environments

Job Description

Analyzes, develops, designs, and maintains software Automation Test script for the organization’s products and systems. Performs system integration of software and hardware to maintain throughput and program consistency. Develops, validates, and tests: structures and user documentation. Assist in resolving customer field issues on live, production systems. Troubleshoot customer reported issues Maintain client/server product.


Basic Requirements

Must Have

  • Bachelors in Computer Science/IT or related field

  • Experience designing, documenting and executing manual test cases

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • 4+ years of QA experience

  • 2+ years of experience in developing large and complex software in a professional context

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with various roles inside of the organization

  • Ability to troubleshoot and strong systematic approach to problem-solving

  • Great attitude and always willing to continually improve the product and environment

  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Be able to communicate effectively in English (read, write and speak)

  • Proficient on Linux and Windows platforms

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Agile development

  • Experience with Robot framework, JMeter, Postman and TestRail

  • C#/VB.NET and Python programming languages 

  • Data parsing with XML and JSON

  • Experience with database testing including designing and manipulating test data

  • A passion for learning design principles, design patterns, anti-patterns, and highly maintainable code
