Your role will be crucial in managing and driving our daily operations, getting involved across all departments of the business, driving the execution of identified projects along with the department executives, and ensuring our team of high performers meet the A-level expectations of our global clients through hands-on people performance management. 

You will have an extensive Digital Marketing / Online Tech / Saas / E-learning industry background, coupled with a successful track-record in remote online operations- , marketing- , and customer success management.

Your Opportunity 
  • Spearhead projects across all departments that expand our operations while also making them leaner and meaner, cutting excess costs without sacrificing quality.
  • Making sure all processes and systems are aligned with our big-picture goals and everyone’s on the same page.
  • Partner up with the executive team and external partners to sharpen our operational edge and nail our objectives.
  • Track and improve efficiency and effectiveness—ensure every task is not just done, but done right and on time.
  • Day-to-day hands-on people performance management, holding the team accountable and ensuring everyone’s pulling their weight.
  • Collaborate closely with the executive team to cultivate a workplace that’s all about performance and high standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years remote operations management experience within the digital marketing / online space, with a demonstrated track record of designing operational systems and leading teams to meet performance metrics.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and people management capabilities with a history of professional success.
  • Comprehensive understanding of various operational functions and principles, spanning marketing, sales, customer service, and people performance management.
  • Demonstrable experience in planning and supervising operational processes for optimum efficiency and productivity.
  • Capability to plan and execute business-wide operations projects to increase efficiency, catering to evolving business requirements.
  • The ideal candidate would be familiar with Lean Six Sigma / Lean Management and understand the duties of an integrator.
  • Solid knowledge of marketing operations, marketing funnels, and B2B SaaS would be expected.
  • Familiarity with automations using Zapier and how they integrate with other software like Apollo.io, Smartlead / Instantly, Front.com is beneficial.

Benefits

Pay:

  • £3,500.00-£5,000.00 per month
  • Quarterly performance incentive based on the achievement of KPIs (£20k per annum)
