Job Role

 

The Solution and Transition Manager for the Business Transformation Unit is a key role focused on designing and implementing effective solutions to drive organizational change. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, ensuring seamless transitions and maximizing the value of transformation initiatives for the organization.

 

What you will do

 

  • Design scalable solutions for new clients addressing service placement model, interaction model, tools and automation, process improvements, controls, KPI’s/SLAs;
  • Closely cooperating and cocreating with existing experts and team leaders to deliver projects on time, within budget.
  • Run blueprinting and TOM (target operating model) design;
  • Conduct fit gap analysis to identify deviations from TOM and key adaptations to be implemented;
  • Transitioning processes into Allianz Services Romania and ensure adherence to our standard methodology;
  • Run L4 process mapping, FTE sizing, FMEA analysis;
  • Monitor and report the status of the project, the issues and risks and provide correct and up to date information to the stakeholders, enable them to make decisions based on this information
  • Able to manage concurrent deadlines and multiple priorities in a highly organized manner 

 

What you bring

 

  • Minimum 5 years in Shared Service/BPO environment similar role;
  • Up to date with GBS industry trends, development principles, and project methodologies;
  • Lean\Six Sigma and Agile certification is preferred
  • Experience in using CRM tools, SAP SuccessFactors and or similar HCM systems
  • Strong client focus with the ability to build trust with stakeholders and support them in executing ambitious growth plans
  • Well-developed social skills and cross-cultural experience;

  • Ability to develop and encourage innovative ideas to drive improvement.
  • Resilient, tenacious and outcome focused.
  • Ability to respond quickly and innovatively to manage and enhance reputation.
  • Ability to work with high fragmentation;
  • Strong coordination and communication abilities; Fluent in English, German is a plus
  • Good proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio (Ms Office suite)
