Fliff unpacks sports gaming into social, free-to-play games for all types of sports fans. We've built a social sports gaming experience that allows users to compete for leaderboard positioning, to achieve badges and build their status within the game.

We are pioneering play-for-fun sports gaming, with our flagship social sportsbook experience that includes sweepstakes promotions and loyalty rewards. We provide sports fans with fun, engaging, and free-to-play alternatives to real money gaming.

Job Summary

The Trading Analyst analyzes sports data and makes informed decisions about creating and pricing various sporting event outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports, an analytical mind, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in analyzing sports data and determining odds for various sporting events.

Monitor patterns and make adjustments to odds as necessary.

Help manage risk and exposure by balancing risk across different outcomes

Keep up-to-date with sports news and events that may impact the odds

Work closely with other Operations teams to ensure that all picks are accurately offered, settled and any trading-related concerns are addressed

Provide excellent customer service to clients and respond to any inquiries or concerns promptly

Assist with the creation of new markets and the development of new trading strategies

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data sets

Passion for sports and a good understanding of various sports and their rules

Knowledge of sports betting markets and betting odds

Ability to work well under pressure

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools

Experience in sports betting
