We are seeking a skilled Angular Developer to join our team in Cape Town. As an Angular Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using Angular framework. You will work closely with our cross-functional team to translate design mockups and requirements into functional applications.

What you’ll be doing:

• Develop new user-facing features using Angular framework
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
• Collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX design wireframes into high-quality code
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure smooth functionality of applications
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in web development

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Extensive knowledge of Angular framework and its core principles
• Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling
• Familiarity with state management libraries such as NgRx or Redux
• Understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3
• Experience with front-end build tools such as Webpack or Gulp
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Experience with unit testing and end-to-end testing frameworks
• Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them
