Your missions

Job Description:

As the Implementation Lead you will play a pivotal role in leading diverse teams, fostering cooperation, and ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines. You will be responsible for overseeing specific project components, efficient workstream management, and driving successful project execution through effective leadership. This role requires strong project management experience, extensive financial knowledge, effective communication skills and team management.
 

What are your key accountabilities?

  • Process Excellency: Developing a comprehensive strategy for implementing new finance processes and organizational structures worldwide. This involves defining goals, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure alignment with the organization's objectives.

  • Strategy Driven: The Financial Target Operating Model outlines the financial strategies and objectives aligned with the project overall goals. Following these guidelines ensures that financial activities support and contribute to the achievement of strategic targets.

  • Coherent Collaboration: Engaging and collaborating with key stakeholders, including the Global Process Owner and Financial Business Partners, to secure their support and input in the project.

  • Team Coordination: Assemble and lead a cross-functional team, including finance experts, IT, change management and local implementation team. Responsible for coordinating the team's efforts, setting clear roles and responsibilities, and fostering collaboration.

  • Project Ownership: Continuously monitor progress, address issues as they arise, and ensure the project stays on track within the defined budget and timeline.

  • Leadership: Lead and oversee the business impact analysis process for all affected business units. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and assess potential impacts, risks, and opportunities associated with the project.

  • Systematic Adaptation: Work closely with business units to understand their unique local requirements and ensure that the global processes can be flexibly adapted to accommodate these variations while maintaining compliance with both corporate and local internal control requirements.

What you bring

  • A master’s degree in business administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related discipline.

  • Proven track record in finance project management.

  • Strong financial analysis, risk management, and communication skills.

  • Relevant certifications like PMP may be preferred.

  • Expertise in financial software and project management tools.

  • Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards.

  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.

  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
