Product Designer - Crypto

Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a Product Designer - Crypto - candidates need to be based in US timezones (PST to EST)

Your day-to-day:

• Lead and manage the design team, fostering their professional growth and ensuring high-quality output from the design team.
• Establish and maintain our creative vision, ensuring a cohesive and consistent brand image across all touchpoints.
• Work collaboratively with teams across Product, Marketing, Communications, and other departments to deliver high-impact brand materials and assets.
• Oversee the design process, from brainstorming sessions and sketches to the final delivery of assets, ensuring all designs align with our brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Stay updated with industry trends and tools, incorporating innovative design practices and technologies to keep our visual content fresh and cutting-edge.

Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of effective collaboration across teams such as Product, Marketing, and Communications

Familiarity with design software and tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc

Proven leadership in design, fostering professional growth and ensuring high-quality output

Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in design, including work within an established design system
