Responsibilities

Supervise and lead a team of mechanical technicians in performing maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the reliability and longevity of mechanical systems.
Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical issues, making sound decisions and utilizing problem-solving skills.
Oversee the installation and commissioning of new mechanical equipment.
Coordinate with other departments to optimize the performance of mechanical systems and enhance energy efficiency.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities and equipment performance.

Requirements

Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 6- 8 years of experience as a Mechanical Technician, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Strong knowledge and expertise in mechanical systems and equipment.
Proven experience in facilities management, preferably in a large-scale commercial or industrial facility.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to effectively manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
