Responsibilities
  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical issues in a timely manner.
  • Repair or replace malfunctioning mechanical equipment and components.
  • Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to develop and implement effective maintenance strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Mechanical Technician, preferably in a facilities management setting.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and components.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
  • Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
