Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical issues in a timely manner.
Repair or replace malfunctioning mechanical equipment and components.
Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to develop and implement effective maintenance strategies.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Mechanical Technician, preferably in a facilities management setting.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and components.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
