Real Estate Asset Manager, Family Office

We are seeking an experienced professional for the management and development of our real estate portfolio, with a strong focus on real estate investments. This position involves direct participation in managing existing assets and newly added properties, as well as interaction with tenants, property management companies, and general contractors. Proficiency in Russian is mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage a diversified real estate portfolio (residential, commercial, and other properties), ensuring high returns and direct interaction with tenants
• Coordinate with property management companies to ensure effective operation and maintenance of assets
• Manage the construction and reconstruction of properties, overseeing the process
• Identify, evaluate, and recommend investment opportunities in real estate
• Conduct financial modeling, cash flow forecasting, and prepare financial and economic reports
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and tax requirements related to real estate investments
• Lead negotiations with general contractors and other key partners

Qualifications:

• A higher education degree in finance, real estate, or a related field; an advanced degree or certification is a plus
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate investments or asset management, preferably in family offices
• Hands-on experience in resolving issues with tenants and property management companies
• Experience in overseeing and controlling construction/reconstruction projects
• Strong financial analysis and assessment skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Understanding key aspects of real estate: legal issues, contractual relationships, risk management, etc.
• Proficiency in Russian and English
• High ethical standards and confidentiality
