To help accelerate our growth and pace of delivery, we are looking for a talented Knowledge Base Specialist to help spearhead the overall look and feel of our features and services.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Knowledge Base Specialist.
This entry-level position is ideal for a student or recent graduate who is passionate about writing and eager to begin a career in software and product development. The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our knowledge base, ensuring that it remains a valuable resource for our product squads and end-users.

What you'll be doing:
  • Collaborate with various product squads to gather information on new features and updates.
  • Write, edit, and maintain comprehensive articles and documentation for the knowledge base.
  • Ensure that existing articles are regularly reviewed, updated, and remain accurate.
  • Assist in organizing and categorizing knowledge base content for ease of use.
  • Work closely with technical teams to understand complex features and translate them into user-friendly content.
  • Monitor feedback and usage metrics to continually improve the quality and relevance of the knowledge base.
  • Participate in regular meetings with product squads to stay informed about upcoming changes and updates.

  • What you’ll need:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand new software features and technical concepts.
  • Proficiency with content management systems and knowledge base tools.
  • Basic understanding of software development processes and methodologies is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Enthusiastic about starting a career in software and product development.

  • Skills:
  • Experience with writing or creating documentation for software products.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or other web technologies.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
