Role Overview: Our client is seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Growth Manager to oversee the customer lifecycle in the APAC region. This comprehensive role encompasses everything from lead generation and customer service to product feedback and iteration. You will be instrumental in developing and executing strategies that enhance client engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

Key Duties:

  • Customer Feedback: Conduct weekly customer feedback sessions to gather insights and develop a prioritized framework for product enhancements with the engineering team, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with customer needs.
  • Sales Strategy: Build and implement a comprehensive sales strategy tailored for the APAC market, targeting high-potential clients including private equity firms, investment banks, and relevant consultancies. Utilize market analysis and industry trends to refine approaches and maximize effectiveness.
  • Client Engagement: Develop and execute a robust framework to enhance client engagement through educational tutorials, hands-on workshops, and personalized support. Foster a deep understanding of the product among clients, driving increased adoption and satisfaction.
  • Sales Process Management: Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation and qualification to deal closure and ongoing customer support. Ensure a seamless and efficient experience for clients, addressing their needs promptly and effectively.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key industry stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers. Leverage these relationships to drive business growth and brand loyalty.
