Eram Talent is currently seeking a Facilities Supervisor specializing in Building Fabric/Civil for an exciting opportunity in Saudi Arabia. As a leading talent acquisition consultancy, we specialize in providing exceptional recruitment solutions for various industries. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of building fabric and civil components within a facilities management setting.

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage a team of technicians and contractors responsible for building fabric and civil maintenance.
Plan and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the building fabric and civil maintenance activities.
Ensure that all building fabric and civil works are completed within the set timeframes and in accordance with quality and safety standards.
Inspect, assess, and diagnose building fabric and civil issues, and recommend appropriate repair and maintenance solutions.
Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and standards.
Monitor and control inventory of building fabric and civil materials and equipment.
Collaborate with other facilities management teams to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize disruptions to daily operations.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to building fabric and civil maintenance.
Implement and enforce health and safety policies and procedures.
Provide technical support and guidance to technicians and contractors.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in building fabric and civil maintenance, preferably in a facilities management in luxury settings.
Strong knowledge of building fabric and civil maintenance processes and techniques.
Experience in managing and supervising a team of technicians.
Knowledge of relevant codes, regulations, and standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for building fabric and civil maintenance.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
