Community Boost is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to elevate our evergreen marketing and drive client success across various channels, including email marketing, webinars, social media, guides, and our rapidly growing Nonprofit Marketing Summit. This role focuses on executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, streamlining processes, and innovating lead generation strategies. The Marketing Manager will also collaborate closely with our sales team to achieve impactful results. What you will do:
  • Support the Senior Director of Marketing & Partnerships in strategic thinking and creative problem-solving, actively contributing to the development and refinement of marketing strategies.
  • Analyze campaign effectiveness using key metrics to refine and escalate marketing efforts
  • Provide regular performance insights and strategic recommendations to marketing leadership to maximize lead quality and ROI
  • Own end-to-end strategy and execution of email marketing campaigns, including content creation, analytics, asset design, and launch scheduling using HubSpot
  • Manage the production of compelling marketing content and promotional materials that reflect our brand’s voice and goals
  • Offers expert advice to develop innovative advertising, public relations, social media, and event campaigns
  • Support the organization and promotion of virtual and in-person events, including webinars and conferences
  • Build detailed reporting to showcase the effectiveness of events, emails, SEO, submission forms, and other lead-generation campaigns. 
  • Manage and grow Community Boost's presence across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook as well as keep our website up to date 
  • Develop high-quality, impactful content for various marketing channels, including website copy, blog posts, email campaigns, and social media content.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts to drive quality lead generation and sales enablement materials
  • Lead and mentor a team of Marketing Specialists to build well-crafted, well-researched cross-channel media campaigns and content

  • What you bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 5+ years of marketing experience in a digital agency, ideally working with nonprofits or a similar sector
  • Strong understanding of demand generation, content management, digital advertising, email marketing, and the social sector.
  • Firm knowledge of digital/email marketing best practices – A/B testing, email design optimization, etc.
  • Proficiency with industry-standard marketing technology platforms including HubSpot
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments
  • Design skills in graphic design, Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
  • Experience leading a team of direct reports
