Senior Business Analyst

This is a remote position.

• Leading and facilitating the business requirements gathering process from end-to-end across the organization using interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, site visits, and other methods needed to deliver outstanding business requirements/Identify business requirements.
  
• Validating the requirements with the different stakeholders of the project.
  
• Documenting the business requirements and user stories on Jira.
  
• Providing business subject matter expertise and leadership throughout every phase of the project.
  
• Performing competitor analysis.
  
• Staying fully involved in the client’s business/industry.
  
• Continuously proposing new ideas/features in line with the client’s business backed with research/data insights.
  
• Conducts users need analyses to establish requirements.
  
• Plans, organizes, and directs concurrent software design and implementation projects.
  
• Considers enterprise-wide solutions and impact.
  
• Analyzing business processes and identifying improvements.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, CCE, Computer Science or any other related field, from a reputable university.
  
• Minimum 5 + years of experience in Business / Systems Analysis.
  
• Previous experience using Jira is required.
  
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills.
  
• Proven experience in extracting requirements and testing.
  
• Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools.

• Pervious experience in Energy or AI fields is a huge plus.
