Provide product leadership and direction for our Drainage Design product family. Lead the overall business and product strategy for assigned for the category. Develop and execute the product vision, roadmap, and functional requirements for assigned product families. Be a customer-facing go-to expert for assigned product families.

Responsibilities

  • Drive all product lifecycle processes for the category
  • Product strategy, roadmap and requirements development
  • Product/market opportunity development
  • Business case and ROI development
  • Competitive analysis
  • Pricing and subscription business modelling
  • Business planning and forecasting
  • Stakeholder communications
  • Product readiness and launch

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years of product management experience preferred
  • 2+ years working with hydraulic design and modelling software solutions
  • Pragmatic Certified or comparable Product Management training certification
  • B.S. in Civil Engineering or similar field; MBA preferred
  • Experience with Drainage Design, Water or Stormwater management
  • Experience with Agile product development
  • Experience with Enterprise SaaS solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder communication and presentation skills
  • Positive, proactive and collaborative work style
