About the Customer Service Representative Position

We're on the lookout for a Customer Service (Call Center) Representative to be the primary link between our company and our current and potential customers.

We're looking for someone who can tackle customer issues, complaints, and inquiries head on –all while keeping customer satisfaction at the forefront of their decision-making and communication.

Qualifications:
  • Availability of shifts and transfer to office
  • Experience in customer service, preferably oriented to call center
  • Ability to work under pressure and perform multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Computer management
  • Professional English (mainly conversation)
  • Complete availability for interviews
  • Teamwork skills
  • Problem solving skills and tolerance to frustration
  • High School or Bachelor's Degree


    Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first point of contact between the customer and the company
  • Enter the data provided by the customer in the database in a timely and effective manner
  • Maintain a professional and polite tone when communicating with the customer
  • Effectively manage customer complaints and problems until resolution, as needed
  • Competently and effectively manage the system for registering orders simultaneously with the phone call and data capture
  • Maintain the confidentiality of information
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure that the customer receives the highest level of satisfaction
  • Follow up orders when required by the customer
