The Buyer Planner (Analyst II, Materials/Planning) for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for procuring services and finished goods for one or more distribution centers in the EEMEAI region.

This position is part of the Materials and Planning group located throughout the EEMEAI region and will be hybrid between the Mumbai office and remote working. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Purchase assigned products or services from an approved supplier base per agreed purchase policies
  • Lead activities to maintain inventory levels in line with Inventory Management goals and objectives while maintaining On-Time Delivery targets
  • Keep key stakeholders informed of any issues or delays and problem-solve to prevent product availability issues
  • Manage supply of finished goods items at one or more distribution centers
  • Adjust item planning parameters based on incoming demand signals

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science/Mathematics/Supply Chain or related field
  • Minimum of 2 year’s of work experience in Planning or Purchasing using ERP systems
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in analyzing data
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills
  • Advanced skills with MS Office Suite particularly Excel

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • APICS certified or equivalent
