About the Role (Your Why)

The Technical Business Analyst is responsible for requirements gathering and influencing technology solutions within the IT space. We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst with extensive technical understanding and knowledge, within Infrastructure, Networking and Cybersecurity to join our in Group Technology Cybersecurity team!

What You’ll Do

• Supporting development of designs, recommend technology findings and support
• software/technology implement for the business. i.e., use cases, prototypes, specifications, wireframes, proposals and strategy documents
• Providing technical documentation and lead requirements gathering.
• Ensuring technological components are integrated and aligned to business processes and projects.
• Ensuring and take accountability for the technical research and documentation, in accordance with the corporate business requirements.
• Remedying complex problems and provide technical consultation in line with the established processes and support models
• Assisting the development of rapid prototyping demonstrations.

What You’ll Bring

Pivotal for success in this team is your commitment to agile principles and practices, along with a passion for driving the customer experience on technically-lead projects. And of course, key is the ability to communicate with stakeholders to elicit requirements and seek opportunities to improve their business.

Your background:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst within the technology or software development sector
• An understanding of systems architecture and change controls
• Ability to influence stakeholder relationships and drive team performance
• Experience in systems evaluation and design
• Previous technology experience
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
• Project experience with agile or Kanban methodologies
• Solid understanding of best practices and processes
• Ability to turn business cases to meaningful visual presentations
