We're looking for our first product manager. You'll help create the product function at Rogo, steer our direction, and serve as the connective tissue between our users, engineering team, and design team. You will ensure alignment and a clear vision of the product. You will own complex product problems end-to-end.

Responsibilities
  • Own products from inception to launch

  • Work on whatever it takes to make the product more valuable for our users -- whether that's data labeling, doing support, QAing the product, ticket grooming, analyzing user data or inventing new products

  • Tackle unsolved AI product and eng problems

  • Work with large customers to inform product direction

  • Create new pricing/business models to align our economic model with our value proposition

  • Work hand-in-hand with our founders, engineering team, and GTM team

  • Triage an endless flood of product ideas, feature requests, and bugs to set clear product direction

  • Help with establishing the early product culture and process within the company

Qualifications

  • Passion for building best-in-class products to solve real customer pain points

  • 2-7 years of experience in product management and/or software engineering

  • Degree or relevant experience in CS or Engineering

  • Experience with or knowledge of AI and LLMs

  • 2+ years of financial services experience on buy-side or sell-side

  • Demonstrated ability to ship world-class enterprise software products

  • Big picture thinking while still delivering on the details

  • Excellent communication skills using both qualitative and quantitative reasoning

  • This role is based in New York City. We use an in-person work model and offer relocation assistance to new employees.

Bonus
  • Previous experience at an early-stage startup

  • Python experience and ability to prototype

  • Intimate understanding of investment banking or private equity workflows
