Role Overview

The Human Resources Specialist will play a pivotal role in shaping and maintaining the company's human capital. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with a solid background in HR management software, particularly Rippling, and a passion for fostering a positive and productive work environment. The HR Specialist will be responsible for defining and maintaining the organizational structure, job descriptions, career paths, education programs, tracking employee performance and attendance, and overseeing the onboarding and offboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organizational Structure & Job Descriptions:
    • Define and maintain the company's org chart.
    • Create and update job descriptions for various roles within the organization.
  • Career & Promotion Path:
    • Develop and implement clear career and promotion paths for different roles.
    • Ensure transparency and accessibility of career advancement opportunities for all employees.
  • Education Programs:
    • Guide and manage education programs across departments.
    • Work closely with department heads to identify training needs and opportunities for employee development.
  • Performance & Attendance Tracking:
    • Monitor and track employee performance, attendance, and compliance with company policies.
    • Implement tools and processes for effective performance management.
  • Employee Onboarding & Offboarding:
    • Manage the end-to-end employee onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for new hires.
    • Oversee the offboarding process, including the revocation of access and recovery of company assets.
    • Ensure all necessary documentation is completed and filed appropriately.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Human Resources.
  • Proficiency in HR software, particularly Rippling.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and manage career paths and education programs.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.
