Your missions

Your Responsibilities

  • RFP experience in the P&C space , work independently with Project Owners, RFP Director, and other RFP Unit Associates to create professional RFP deliverables and enhance the win rate of assigned projects
  • Load RFP’s into Loopio and manage assigned RFP projects
  • Create project-specific timelines
  • Assist with and conduct designated kick-off calls to initiate new projects
  • Utilize Loopio “Magic” to create suitable draft responses
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to RFP Director and team to establish best-in-class user experience strategy
  • Demonstrate the ability to communicate both effectively to cross-functional partners and executives.Assist with training for RFP users
  • Work with Technology Platform Manager to support creative content upload, review cycles, timelines, and design
  • Work with design team for efficient collaboration and appropriate support of design process
  • Create and maintain content for RFPs, finalist presentations, and other deliverable for access in Loopio and other designated internal tools by working with SMEs, monitoring Workplace, and collaborating with other team Associates
  • Support the integration of Loopio and other Lockton resources where appropriate
  • Assist with meeting overall team objectives to identify and enhance service workflows that can be streamlined and/or improve.

  • For Team Lead, manage and provide training and feedback to other Proposal Managers, and RFP Team members to enhance efficiency and professionalism of Unit and provide consistency across projects.
  • Identify critical service workflows that can be streamlined and/or improved.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of insurance industry (benefits and/or property/casualty) required – generally obtained with at least 3 years experience (additional expertise for Team Lead role)
  • Emphasis on either employee benefits or property and casualty lines of business
  • Knowledge of successful win strategies and proposal management protocols
  • Experience working with Lockton or similar employer strongly preferred
  • Outstanding communications skills:
  • Facilitating and leading meetings and training in person and virtually
  • Writing professional, accurate, and grammatically correct content for RFPs and presentations
  • Proofreading
  • Collaborating and consulting with team members and other Associates to enhance favorable outcomes for each project
  • Maintaining tight timelines and effectively encouraging adherence with others
  • APMP certification preferred and encouraged

Within 3 months, you will:

  • Develop a working knowledge of existing technology platforms, how they integrate, and how best to support their use for efficient RFP and finalist presentation strategies
  • Develop clear understanding and familiarity with Lockton’s resources and client deliverables in order to effectively communicate them externally
  • Maintain and enhance efficient workflows for RFP responses
  • Be able to perform basic activities in Loopio including uploading RFP questions, doing preliminary “Magic”, exporting to Workfront
  • Be able to edit and manage projects effectively in Workfront
  • Provide overview training on the Pilot and ongoing RFP service levels.

Within 12 months, you will:

  • Perform at full capacity to independently support creating of Lockton RFP responses and finalist presentations.
