Job Description

  • Establish and oversee the daily operations of the content team
  • Ensure all content is consistent in terms of in-house style and quality
  • Build work flows for requesting, creating, and editing content
  • Stay current on industry developments and generate new ideas
  • Collect data, handle analytics, and make recommendations based on results
  • Communicate with executives and the content team in cross-functional meetings

The Successful Applicant

  • Exceptional creative writing skills in English (any additional language is a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail and familiarity with creating a 'story' through words and images
  • Ability to lead and inspire large teams of creative personnel and content creators
  • Strong leadership skills to define and manage a set of goals
  • Familiarity with marketing and data analysis
  • Project management skills
  • Ability to work on both a strategic and tactical level.
  • Strategic thinking with a realistic approach to execution
